H. B. Hunter Co. is a century-old chocolate and dessert topping manufacturer based in Norfolk, VA. They've got quite a history; they claim to have developed the first ready-to-use chocolate syrup.

When new owners took over in 2001, they brought Jeff in to help update their entire line of products, and help them develop two new lines of "sophisticated" specialty toppings. With the help of his brother Joel Mellin's innovative Content Connie content management system, he also helped them create an expansive online store catalog store for both their dessert topping and specialty condiment brands.
