Port Folio Publishing's flagship publication, Port Folio Weekly, is South Eastern Virginia's Village Voice, it's Boston Phoenix, it's SF Bay Guardian. When Jeff redesigned the twenty-year old alt-weekly in 2003, he had to blend the sophisticated style of an intellectual journal, the hip flash of an arts and entertainment magazine, and the rough and tumble swagger of a hard-boiled street tabloid.
