City Squared: Philadelphia Abstralographs

ab•stral•o•graph (n. a portmanteau of abstract, photograph and nostalgia)

Photographs that discover and disconnect reality’s geometry. That flatten 3-dimensions, and invert the perception of negative space. That reveal a poetic balance of concrete and atmospheric forms, of organic and inorganic line and texture. Like a memory, both fiercely specific and disarmingly disorienting.
